![]() I've not really much need for more complex filters at work. "This week at work" 5 days & #Work - primary filter for use at work. The smart Quick Add will automatically recognize the recurring date, highlight it, and add it when you save the task. I also use frequently simpler filters such as: You can add a recurring due date on any platform (desktop, mobile, or web) by typing it into the task field using natural language like every Monday or every other week. P:Inbox, Overdue, today & today & today & (P1 | P2) & !#Daily & !#Housework & & & today & #Housework, today & today & #daily, today & (P3 | P4) So anything P3 or P4 is at the bottom of the list, and P4 usually gets deleted or re-prioritised, and P3 stuff is more often than not deleted or re-scheduled until it becomes more important/urgent. P1 is urgent & important, P2 is important but not urgent, and so on. I prioritize stuff with Eisenhower matrix, i.e. Today + - stuff I have to remember to do in the evening.Today + P1 & P2 - Bulk of my to-dos, but excludes a bunch of projects that I don't want grouped here, like housework and my daily habits/reminders.Today + any items I've labelled so I know if I'm supposed to be going anywhere out of the ordinary today.take meds and stuff to remember to take to work or that my kid needs for school. Today + any items I've labelled I use this for anything I need to do first thing, e.g.Ive raised this issues to Todoist support and they say they cant reproduce it. For daily recurring tasks, this causes them to be rescheduled two days time rather than the next day. For example, if you typed 14 days, you’ll see all the tasks due in the next 14 days. ![]() Simply enter a search query into the search bar at the top of your Todoist. Do that by searching for tasks by due date. ![]() I don't like overdue items so I tend to reschedule un-done items daily. (perhaps by including it somehow in the filter query text) and hide the filter query text altogether. Search for tasks by due date Sometimes you'll want to see your tasks organized by when they're due. This will query all the tasks with a net ordinary income formula how to butcher.
